No personal information is maintained by this site, either on our server or on your own machine, except by your own action. We do not use cookies, and do not pass information to any other site.

If you place an order with us, sufficient information will be recorded on our system (not on the web server) to enable us to fulfil that order, and for subsequent accounting purposes. The storage and use of this information is regulated by United Kingdom Data Protection legislation. We will under NO circumstances make this information available to anyone else, unless this is required for the purpose of accounting, debt collection or credit card authorisation.

It is not our practice to send out any information to customers except in response to an enquiry.

If you choose to use our online order form to place an order, the information you provide will be transmitted in encrypted form between your computer and our secure server, and subsequently between our secure server and our own system, in both cases using the secure HTTPS protocol. As confirmation of this, your browser should show the padlock icon or an equivalent in its status bar when you are looking at the order form.
