The St. Albans Diocesan Readers Association has three joint secretaries who share the work of the Association. They are:

Mrs. Margaret Tinsley, with responsibility for:

Personal/personnel/pastoral matters, including liaison with Deanery Advisers
Admission services
Representation (e.g. with Central Readers Council)
The Newsletter

Mr Richard Osborn, with responsibility for:

Recruitment and selection (including liaison with Vocations Officers)

Mr Ron Upton, with responsibility for:

Record keeping (including liaison with Area Secretaries)
Licences/PTO certificates
Reader Day arrangements
