Every licensed Reader in the diocese is required to have a current Statement of Arrangements, reviewed every three years, that represents an agreement between the Reader and Incumbent about the scope and extent of the Reader’s ministry. This provides a way for the Warden to monitor the work Readers are doing, and for the parish and Reader to be clear about the level of commitment made by both parties.
