No personal information is maintained by this site, either on our server or on your own machine, except by your own action. We do not use cookies, and do not pass information to any other site.

If you place an order with us, sufficient information will be recorded on our system (not on the web server) to enable us to fulfil that order, and for subsequent accounting purposes. The storage and use of this information is regulated by United Kingdom Data Protection legislation.

If you are or become a customer, we may use your name and address to send you a newsletter from time to time, usually once a year in late autumn; this will cease after approximately two years have elapsed from your last order. If we have your email address, we may instead send you an email announcing the availability of the newsletter on our web site. If you would prefer us not to send newsletters, or to continue sending them in the absence of further orders, please let us know by mail, fax or email, and we will mark your record accordingly. We will under NO circumstances make this information available to anyone else, unless this is required for the purpose of accounting, debt collection or credit card authorisation.

If you choose to use our online order form to place an order, the information you provide will be transmitted in encrypted form between your computer and our secure server, and subsequently between our secure server and our own system, in both cases using the secure HTTPS protocol. As confirmation of this, your browser should show the padlock icon or an equivalent in its status bar when you are looking at the order form.
